Vintage Herringbone tweed wool coat

From a vintage finnish clothesmaker, this coat is sure to turn some eyes. The most gorgeous fuzzy wool exterior in a stunning herringbone pattern blends perfectly with the silky lining in a silvery grey. It has corded details for a defined shoulder, but wide sleeves and a loose fit to fit bulky jumpers under it as winter layering becomes necessary. The perfect blend of functional tweed and glamour. Would say late 50s to early 60s. No size given, some recommended measurements can be found on a tag inside the coat (see pictures) but I would recommend it for a 14-16 as it is now slightly too large on me as a size 12, though it is supposed to have a loose generous fit. In AMAZING vintage condition. Genuinely a wonderful piece of vintage clothing that I hope goes to a good home.
