Grosgrain French made 1980s peplum blouse, really high end had a hand written label that has washed out. All I can remember is that the blouse was made in Paris. It was badly stained so I soaked ut and forgot to use colour catchers so there is colour run Took the shoulder pads out to soak so they are loose 35 inch bust, no darts 29 waist
