New with tags vintage 1970s Holly Division of Gloria Moret of California blue velvet maxi dress. Renaissance/regency gown. Can be worn as a costume. Gold trim throughout. 3/4 sleeve. Dress is new with tags but has a small area in front where the velvet is crushed. Please see photo.
