The device turns on when it wants to.
I've gotten it to the main screen a couple of times, but not recently.
It sometimes may turn on and after a while it would freeze. And may turn on or not afterwards.
The buttons work, but there is no volume, even though the volume rocker does slide.
** Current issues:**
When you press the power button on the 3DS, it shows a solid blue light that stays on, but the screen remains blank and nothing happens.
New 3DS XL console only - no accessories, no charger
