This is a Mookaite Jasper tower, it is an unofficial name for a specific form of silicified Porcellanite. In strict geological terms, this material is actually a type of Radiolarite found in the Windalia Radiolarite rock formations in Western Australia. Mookaite is used for making colorful, finely-polished ornamental stones that come in a wide range of colors. This specific tower has a chip on the bottom(pictured).
