Ich verkaufe hier mein komplettes Home-Gym-Set. Mit dabei ist eine richtig stabile Langhantel (nicht diese dünnen Stangen, sondern wie im Fitnessstudio) mit insgesamt 120 kg Gewichtsscheiben. 4x 20kg, 2x10kg, 4x5kg für die Langhantel. 2x10kg, 2x5kg für die SZ-Stange. Außerdem gibt es eine Hantelbank mit Rack, das in der Höhe verstellbar ist – super also fürs Bankdrücken, aber auch für Squats. Dazu lege ich noch eine SZ-Stange mit extra 30 kg Gewichten. Als kleines Extra gebe ich noch ein Paar Kurzhanteln (gefüllt mit Sand) kostenlos dazu. Perfekt für ein solides Training zu Hause. Nur Abholung wegen des Gewichts.
